Getting to know the Seychellois
Origins & history
A story told
The Seychellois is a Siamese whose distinctive feature is that it combines colorpoint and bicolor patterns.
Physical
Breed standard
The FIFe standard is identical to that of the Siamese and Oriental Shorthair. The Seychellois is a slender cat with fine and elegant curves, lightweight structure, with defined musculature. The head is elongated and slightly concave in profile. Face-on, it has the shape of a triangle. The eyes are almond-shaped and placed slightly oblique. The eyes are blue. The coat is short. To the touch, it is fine and silky. The extremities (head, paws and tail) are colored.
