The Nureongi, Korean Yellow Spitz, Korean edible dog, zhonghua Tianyuan Quan or Chinese farm dog is a local dog breed variety originating from Korea and China. Like Korean dog breeds such as the Korean Jindo, Nureongi are medium-sized but with greater musculature and specific coat color patterns. They are generally of uniform appearance, with short blonde hair and a melanic mask, although some diverge. Korean Yellow Spitzs are most often used as livestock, since they are raised for their meat.
